When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer ground coffee or only whole bean?
While we recommend purchasing whole bean coffee to preserve flavor and aroma, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind setting (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on the product page.
How should I store my coffee beans?
Store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate oils and flavors of the bean.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans that allow you to receive your favorite blends or single-origin coffees on a recurring schedule. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
