Women of Coffee: Mexico is our second Women of Coffee release and comes from the Triunfo Verde Women’s Group in Mexico. This is our first time sourcing from the women producers' group within one of our longtime cooperative partners in Chiapas, Triunfo Verde. This offering continues to highlight the hands-on role women play at origin, from harvesting coffee and managing processing to serving as leaders of the cooperative.
Grizzly Peak is a first for Sightglass, our inaugural Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee. ROC goes beyond organic: it's a standard built around restoring soil health, supporting biodiversity, and treating farming as a system that gives back more than it takes. We're proud to offer it, and prouder still of what it represents for the future of how coffee is grown.
