Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every cup and will resolve any issues with equipment or apparel within 30 days.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    Review Eligibility

    Our team will verify if the item is a non-perishable product, such as brewing equipment or merchandise, and ensure it is in its original packaging.

  • 3.
    Prepare Shipment

    Once authorized, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our San Francisco roastery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    After we inspect the returned hardware or apparel, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
